We offer worldwide shipping through Amazon.com.
Currently, direct purchases from our website are limited to customers in Singapore and Malaysia only.
All international orders are shipped from Amazon fulfillment centers in the US. Orders made through our website will be shipped from our distribution center in Singapore.
Shipping cost is based on the weight and dimension of the orders. It will be calculated at checkout.
No, all international packages may be subjected to customs duties and taxes. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer, and they are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
If you decide to not pay import duties or taxes and choose to reject the package, you will not be refunded for your order.
Yes, we provide free shipping on orders above USD$ 150.
No, we do not offer shipping to PO boxes at this time.
You will receive an order confirmation email with all your order details included. Your order will be process within 1-2 business days. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with all your tracking information within it.
Once your package has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with all your tracking information. If you have any issue with your tracking information, email us at support@simplifydbody.com and we will be happy to help. If you need special delivery accommodations, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly.

You may be able to update your details, provided that your order has not already been processed. Please email us as soon as possible at support@simplifydbody.com and we can amend the shipment address for you. We are not responsible for refunds if you provided an inaccurate or incomplete shipping address.

If the order has not been submitted to our warehouse then we may be able to process your request, however if your order has been submitted or you have not notified our team with enough time or information, then we will be unable to process your request.
