Returns & Refunds

Request a return

We’re sorry if you’re not happy with your purchase. To request a return, please contact us at support@simplifydbody.com with your order number and clear photos of the items you wish to return.

Return eligibility

We will only accept returns if the product packaging is unopened and in a re-sellable condition, the product is unused and the return request is made within 14 days of delivery date.

We only accept returns on products purchased directly from our website. If you purchased our products from a retailer, please contact them for their return policy.

We do not accept returns for sale items.

Return promotional
discounted item

If you requested a refund on an order which includes a promotional discount, you will be refunded the amount that has been paid.

Missing/wrong item

If there is a missing item or you received a different item from the one you ordered – we’re sorry! We will get the right product to you. Email us at support@simplifydbody.com with your order details and a photo of your order.

Damaged/defective
product

If you received a damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order and include photos of the damaged product along with your order number.

If your device does not work due to manufacturing defects, please share a video showing the device malfunctions.

Please note that we can issue either refunds or replacements for defective devices reported within the 14-day return period. For defective devices that have exceeded the 14-day return period, we can only offer a replacement (no refund) within 1 year of the original purchase date.

Return cost

All shipping costs and reverse duties & taxes for returns are the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the product arrives at our warehouse safely. If your returned order becomes lost in transit, and there is no package tracking, SIMPLIFYD BODY cannot be held liable for the return and may be unable to provide you with a refund.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note, we will only refund the purchase cost of the product(s) minus shipping, any custom duties and import taxes, and handling charges.

We will not refund any orders that are:

  • Subjected to import duties & taxes and recipients decided not to pay and reject the package.
  • Confiscated by your local Custom due to restrictions.
  • Provided with inaccurate or incomplete shipping address.
  • Confirmed delivered by our logistic partners, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it.
